JS LEE HAS been given the green light to base two vehicles at Caerllwyn Ganol Farm in Mynyddislwyn, Abercarn, as well as the go-ahead for two vehicles at the Newbridge Road Industrial Estate in Pontllanfraith, Blackwood.
