JS LEE HAS been given the green light to base two vehicles at Caerllwyn Ganol Farm in Mynyddislwyn, Abercarn, as well as the go-ahead for two vehicles at the Newbridge Road Industrial Estate in Pontllanfraith, Blackwood.
Several conditions have been attached to the Caerllwyn Ganol Farm licence: ● all authorised vehicles to turn right towards the A4048 in the direction of Pontllanfraith when exiting the operating centre; ● any breach of the above conditions due to an emergency is to be notified to the TC within 48 hours of its occurrence; ● except in emergencies, no maintenance of authorised vehicles will take place; ● except in emergencies, no movement of any authorised vehicle shall take place between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. There will be no movement of authorised vehicles on Sundays or public holidays; ● no vehicles of more than 10 tonnes are to be kept at the operating centre at any time.
