QUALITY ON THE STREET II A one-day conference entitled Quality Management in the Transport Chain is being held on 29 November by the Institute of Management Services, It will cover the implementation of BS5750 Part Two, as well as a case study of Wincanton Distribution's development of service quality assurance. The conference will be held on board — HQS Wellington, Victoria Embankment, London and will cost £85 for IMS members and £110 for nonmembers.
