Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• East Lancashire Coachbuilders will start bodying Dennis Dart chassis next year using an adapted version of its aluminium EL2000 body.

In March 8.5 and 9.0m buses will come off the production line; a 9.8-metre version will be ready in May.

ELC estimates it will take less than six weeks to process an order for an EL2000Dbodied Dart. The body will be bolted and riveted together, and the 35, 39 and 43-seater models will have luggage pens.

The company hopes to sell about 30 single-decker Dartchassised vehicles next year.

Next month two new spray booths will be completed at ELC's Blackburn base, which will double its spraying capacity from three to six vehicles a week. The company is also working on other projects which, it says, could lead it to expand its workforce.
