VOLVO SERVICES • The latest editions of Volvo track and coach service guides for the UK, Ireland and Europe have just been issued.

The UK and Irish Service Guide is produced in a fold-out map form showing motorways and principal routes with Volvo service points. Each location is also shown by separate area and street approach maps.

Some 52 UK and Irish distributors and dealers are listed with details of telephone and telex numbers, opening hours, etc. The guide also contains information about the 24-hour emergency breakdown service, Action Volvo.

Also for Volvo drivers, the new 1987 European Service Guide contains a 24-hour assistance phone number for each country, plus details of each importer and all the Volvo truck and coach service points throughout the country concerned. Address, phone number, opening hours and a location map is included for each service point in 27 countries.

Handy hints are offered to help drivers requiring assistance and the popular vocabulary feature is retained from previous issues. Lists of assemblies and components and useful phrases are identified in eight languages, enabling a British driver to explain the source of his trouble to a Swedish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Finnish mechanic!
