Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Following Tankfreight's recent announcement that it is to promote a network of specialist tanker cleaning stations under the title Tankclean, the company has named Geoff Waddilove and David Giles to head the operation.

Waddilove, 36, becomes product manager, responsible for the long term progress of Tankclean nationally. This involves assessing market needs and the availability of new sites to add to the existing six. He was formerly product manager of the Purfleet and Greenwich sites in London.

Giles becomes national operations manager. He was previously in charge of Southampton Tanker Cleaning Services which was recently purchased by Tankfreight. He will look after the day-to-day running of all depots.
