Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SWEDISH State Railways have recently ordered 200 special buses from A.B. Scania-Vabis which have been built with an eye to the change-over from leftto right-hand traffic in 1967. in these interim vehicles the driving position is on the left, whereas in most current Swedish buses the driver sits on the right, as in Britain. Doors are fitted on both sides, and in 1967 the doors on the left will be closed and the entrance steps and so forth will be moved over to the other side of the body.
