Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I am studying for the CPC exam and am mightily confused about question 4 in the recent ProTest (CM1-7 May): A new employee must have the terms and conditions of their employment within A. Three months of starting work B. Two months of starting work C. One month of starting work 0.14 days of starting work The answer given is C, one month. I am using the latest edition of A Study Manual of Professional Competence in Road Haulage, which gives the above answer as B. Please clear up the confusion and give the definitive answer as to which answer is right?
