IT was revealed this week by the 'Traders Road Transport Association that the IRU Section III Congress will meet in London on September 22 at Grosvenor House, when representatives from throughout Europe will be gathered under the chairmanship of Dr. Scbober. This, says the Association, underlines the increasing interest of own-account operators in Continental affairs and vice versa. The T.R.T.A, will be hosts to IRU on this occasion.
