Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• As head of a motor centre for the delivery of Motor Vehicle Course with a considerable commitment to the delivery of CPC material by open learning and traditional means, I have read the articles on the alleged discrepancies in the CPC examination arrangements with some concern (CM 8-14 February).

Through your columns, I would like to assure past and prospective CPC students of this college, also the RSA, CM readers and the transport industry at large that they need have no worries about the validity of a CPC qualification gained through study and examination in Stevenson College. We have a highly professional examination organising and invigilating system which meets the standards set by many nationally respected examining bodies.

John S Macaulay, Head of Motor Vehicle Engineering,
