• Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries has ordered the first five of Don-Bur's Urb-A-Tic urban artic semi-trailers following an evaluation trial.
The new design is fitted with Don-Bur's Slide-A-Side bodywork on a lightweight steel frame which is stiffened by tubular cross members at high stress areas. The front bulkhead is built from a steel and alloy structure panelled with (;RP-faced plywood.
SAF air suspension is height adjustable: the-deck height can be reduced to 1.15m (on a 1m fifth wheel). The body has a clear deck length of 8.535m and an unladen weight of 3.5 tonnes, giving a 14.5 tonne payload.
