Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Local authorities faced with collecting poll taxes are considering using mobile banking vans.

Bedwas. for example, has built two such specials. based on Leyland Daf 400 and Ford Transit panel vans for Rhymney Valley district council, and for Securicor. Both vehicles are based on Bedwas security trucks with polycarbonate glazing and anti-bandit screen.

A full security bulkhead divides the cab from a rear teller area with a sturdy sliding door for access. High security locks are standard, and the heated/ventilated rear section has security panelling.

There is stepped access at the rear of both vehicles, but the Securicor van also has a welfare lift for wheel-chairbound customers.
