Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Waste removal company Wistech has added another Vacupress vacuum/air flow tanker to its 200-strong fleet of specialised vehicles.

Mounted on a Leyland Oaf Constructor 30.30 by Rotterdam tanker builder , Naaktgeborum, the outfit's patent pumping system achieves 1 bar of vacuum and

an air flow of 7,500m3/hr.

The vehicle, with its 15m3 stainless steel tank, has a sophisticated oil cooler, and the pump is air-cooled via a third inlet. Wistech has invested over £150,000 in the vehicle — its 12th to date — which can handle most materials from liquids to solids.

It carries an on-line submicronic filtration system to allow cleaning as it operates.

Wistech, formerly Wimpey Industrial Services before the management buyout in 1983, had a i14 million turnover last year. Its largest individual shareholder is the French water giant Companies Generals des Eaux.
