Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS Mr B. G. W. Parnell's letter (CM, February 9) suggested, we at Harvey Frost do not much care for the term "mangle" used in a derogatory way, especially as many hundreds of these breakdown recovery cranes are used by expert recovery operators.

However, our ruffled feathers are somewhat mollified by the belief that we make more cranes than any other manufacturer in the UK. In fact we would not be altogether surprised to find that we made more cranes than all the other manufacturers put together. We also of course ma E other models, such as the Atla Crane, which has a genuim safe working load capacity o 12 tons, and the Bulldog 10 which we make for our friend: Wreckers International Ltd.
