Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO COINCIDE with British Leyland's 145 Roadtrain announcement, Lex Tillotson, Britain's largest distributor of Leyland commercial vehicles, is to launch a scheme to pay for the first three months leasing charges for any Leyland commercial vehicle leased through the company on a five year contract.

With a typical Roadtrain leasing charge working out at around £555 a month, this means a potential saving of £1665 a vehicle.

The new scheme is designed to support Leyland Vehicles' Roadtrain promotion. Eric Walters, managing director of Lex Tillotson, told CM: "The T45, of which the Roadtrain is the first model, is Leyland Vehicles' ace card which will determine the company's future. If it doesn't convert UK operators to buy Leyland then Leyland Vehicles, Lex Tillotson, and all the other major Leyland Vehicle distributors are in serious trouble.

"Our scheme to pay for the leasing charges for the first three months for all Leyland commercial vehicles leased through us could cost us £100,000.
