AYou are in order in operating your ser
vice vans on C licence to deliver either spare parts already ordered by the customer or sell such spares directly from the van on arrival at the customer's premises. In the latter event you would, in effect, be operating the van as a mobile shop.
However, there is the proviso that if at any time you made a separate charge for delivery of goods then it could be contended that you were operating for hire or reward in which case an A or B licence, according to circumstances, would be required.
