Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Continuing its phased introduction of the Formula range of semi-trailers first announced in October 1967, Taskers of Andover (1932) Ltd. has now added to its range Formula 7 drop-frame machinery carriers, the first design released being that of the 25-tonner.

Compared with earlier models of this type there are two main changes in the design. I-beams are used throughout the construction, there being four 16in.-deep beams the full length of the load-carrying bed. The inner two of these are pierced through by substantial cross-members set low to permit a 1.5in. Keruing deck to range flush with the tops of the main beams, and there is now a profiled one-piece swan neck.

The well-proved twin-oscillating knockout axles are retained, and are braked by 15.5 by 6in. two-leading-shoe Girling wedge brake units as before. Each bogie is equipped with a wheel and screw parking brake..

Additional equipment available with the model includes 9in. side extensions to the lower bed hydraulic jacks, two-piece loading ramps and a 3.5 to 4 ton direct-lift winch. The list price of the basic vehicle is £2,607.
