Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Z,','EEN in the accompanying photograph is one of 50 Daimler Fleetline doubleleckers with bodywork by Walter klexander and Co. (Coachbuilders) Ltd., tow being supplied to Midland Red. The :eneral design of the bodywork follows hat of the 150 Alexander bodies on ..eyland Atlantean chassis currently enterng service with Glasgow Corporation, the nest obvious external difference being the ubstitution of two-panel we-shaped vindscreens for the curved screens of the 31asgow vehicles. The distinctive bowed front-end design made possible by the slightly increased length now legally permissible has, however, largely been retained. Body construction is in a combination of steel and aluminium and the specification includes a number of special Midland Red requirements, including illumination of the exterior advertisement panels and those in the lower deck by one set of fluorescent tubes. The unladen weight of the complete vehicle is 8 tons 10 cwt., slightly less than average for comparable buses.
