INTERNATIONAL freight forwarder, the Lep Group, earned record profits during 1984.
In the results announced last week Lep showed a bestever pre-tax profit of £7.46m, compared with £2.82m in the previous year. Turnover was up from .£77.3m to £97.3m.
Lep Group chairman John Read said the results reflect the benefit of a group reorganisation as well as an upturn in world trade.
