CHAIRMAN of Associated British Ports Keith Stuart has been elected president of the Chartered Institute of Transport to take office on October 1 this year. Mr Stuart is also chairman of ABP's parent company, Associated British Ports Holdings, which was privatised in 1983.
Mr Stuart was elected a fellow of the institute in 1976 and has been vice-president and chairman of its education and training committee.
