J. Gardiner, assistant area engineer (Northumberland) with United Automobile Services Ltd, and J. B. Bowler, at present senior work study officer with the Northern General Transport Co Ltd, have been appointed, respectively, area engineer for the western area, and area engineer for the eastern area of United Counties Omnibus Co Ltd.
F. D. M. Williams, marketing director of Bullens Group and marketing manager of Giltspur Investments, and J. M. C. Puckridge, md of Giltspur Expo Industries Ltd, have been appointed to the board of Giltspur Investments Ltd. T. E. D. Harker, another member of the Giltspur board, will continue as chairman of the Bullens Group and Giltspur Expo Industries.

Phillip Vooges, 30, after a short period with Frigoscandia in Britain, becomes the company's transport manager at its new depot at Coolsingel 75, Rotterdam 1. Before joining Frigoscandia he was ferry department manager for Wetram NV.
