Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A THREE WHEELED 10 cwt. r-k dumper powered by a Villiers 3 h.p. air-cooled engine and known as the Liner Nipskip, is being produced by the Liner Concrete Machinery Co., Ltd., 12 Park Road, Gateshead, 8. It is a ride-on machine with handlebar steering, the only lever on the bar being that operating the throttle.

The driver stands on two small platforms, the clutch pedal being mounted at the front of the left platform, with

the brake pedal similarly placed on the right platform.

A chain transmits the drive from the engine to a cone clutch, a second chain conveying the drive to the front axle, both wheels on which are driven. The vehicle can be supplied with either a tipping skip or a platform.

As the dumper is steered by the single rear wheel it can tarn in a 13-ft. circle. It is capable of travelling at from 3 to 5+ m.p.h.
