• Overnight parcels company Business Post is to increase bonus payments to its 42 UK franchisees to make them equivalent to 3% of last year's total company profits of £42m.
Some franchisees have reportedly complained that the commission rates were too low. A spokesman says payments will equate directly to each franchisee's monthly performance.
The company raised £11.25m, after expenses, from last month's Stock Market flotation.
