• Volvo's first FL10 6x2 pusher axle tractive unit fitted with Geartronic automatic gear shift has entered service with South Humberside haulier David Marrison Trucking. The unit has full air-flow cab fairings and is equipped with the TD103ES Euro-1 engine with air suspension on both drive and mid-axles.
It joins nine other Volvo units delivering Danish-built wind generators to sites throughout Britain and Ireland. These are picked up at Grimsby docks on 183m (60ft) extended trombonetype trailers and travel on dedicated carrying frames.
