Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Label, a blue-flag scheme for secured truck parking areas, with a project budget of €2.7m (£2.4m) running over 21 months. It aims to certify at least 70 sites in 10 member states

To set the standard, questionnaires have been sent to relevant bodies including truck driver associations; trade associations: insurance companies; national authorities: trades unions and transport companies.

The project is being run by Paris-based Move & Park, which is setting up a database where points are awarded to a site according to the quality of its facilities under five category headings —A. comfort & dignity; B safety C security D services E food & shopping. For example, showers get two points in the comfort and dignity section. There is also a section for user feedback.

Sites that meet the Label standard will display an electronic entrance sign (pictured above) giving information on the number of parking spaces available; its security rating and a quality rating. It may also carry information directing hazardous goods carriers to a certain area of the site.
