CM's recent story about coach operation in and around Tredegar seems to have raised some Welsh ire. When a Scot calls a Welsh town of 20,000 souls "a village" the singing in the valleys turns to a roar of disapproval. Our Scot suggests that it's all part of an English plot to divide the Celts: the compilers of various English dictionaries refuse to give precise definitions of "village" and "town".
