Leyland Motors, Ltd.—Preliminary details show gross profit for year ended September 30 was £551,951, against £444,919 for, previous year. Net profit, subject to provision for income tax, is returned at £463,012, compared with £364,887 for previous year. General reserve receives £50,000, increasing it to £150.000, whilst carry forward is £51,531, compared with £49,380 brought in. Dividend of 20 per cent, is to be paid on ordinary capital, compared with 1754 per cent, log previous year.
