• Former SWF Distribution (1.1-actor and current director of SWF Warehousing, Philip Barnett, admits that the SWF group of companies had "a complex management structure" but denies that it was set up to move money around the business.
Barnett admits that Pall-Ex took the franchise from SWF Warehousing but denies that a group of accountants were sent in to perform an audit.
On the dispute with Kiff, Barnett claims that Kiff has become bitter after losing the Pall-Ex franchise.
Barnett denies that company records and office furniture were moved from PSW's depot in Llantrisent to SWF Distribution's premises.
But after CM revealed a letter from SWF Distribution to Anthony Kiff on the matter, he said: "Oh yes, I think we did take some stuff. I didn't take it personally of course.
"When I arrived at the offices and saw that we had that stuff I wrote the letter that you have seen." He claims the belongings were quickly made available for Kiff to collect
