Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Wellingborough-based Renault main dealer Harborne is now offering a full MoT testing service at its Finedon Road site to local truck and bus operators in the Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering, Thrapston and Northants areas who want to cut down on time and mileage running to the VI's own test stations at Weedon or Peterborough.

Pre-booked annual tests are carried out at Harborne's workshop by a visiting VI inspector working from half-a-day to a day, depending on volumes.

Harborne can provide artic operators with test weights for trailers, as well as pre-MOT brake testing for £15 on the same machine as used for the annual test. Costs vary depending on throughput and administration charges. Retests can be handled on the same day, depending on the fault.

According to Harborne boss Tim Harrison, the service will attract "local operators who want to cut their downtime and get their tests clone in one hour, instead of having to travel all the way to the VI test stations."

In addition to annual testing, Harborne can offer full truck washing while Central Trailer Rentco is on an adjacent site.
