Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KENT-MOORE has added a drive-belt tension gauge to its range of garage and workshop equipment. The K M4088 Timing gauge is suitable for checking the tension on drive belts up to 25mm wide and has a dual imperial/metric reading scale. It weighs 538 grams and measures 83x203x57mm.

Ease of use is the main feature claimed for the KM 4088. It is used simply by depressing the hall handle, inserting the hook over the belt and releasing the handle. The belt tension is then read directly on th_ gauge scale. Tension range is between 180 to 800Nm (40-180 lbft).
