The best example I saw last Friday morning (in Ealing, West London) was most appropriately, I felt, wearing a dunce's cap on its roof. Closer inspection revealed this to be the sign of a national and large driving school: there was only one occupant, and I have to assume that he was the instructor. I suppose some of his pupils go on to get licences to do likewise, but I hope none of them tries to get an HGV if they have had basic training by somebody that stupid — they and we wouldn't have a chance.
