(;KN Cl 'EP has continued its drive against "pallet pirates'' with a prosecution of a West Yorkshire dealer.

Naylor Pallets of Kinsley, Pontefract, was ordered by Pontefract County Court to stop handling Chep pallets.

If any of these pallets come into Naylor's premises GKN must he informed immediately so that they can be collected.

ThC court also ordered Naylor Pallets to pay damages to GKN Chep and to pay Chep's legal costs.

Said Chep's asset protection manager Alan French: -We cannot have unauthorised parties repairing Chep's pallets as the safety of our clients' employees and the efficiency of their operation depend on the absolute reliability of the C:hep pallet."
