Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AMULTI-PURPOSE, light-alloy body for general haulage has been produced by Barham Bros. (Coach-buildeis), Ltd., Motspur Drive, Northampton. Available as a I4.5-cu.-yd. bulk transporter with 4-ft.-high drop sides and floor discharge valves, the tipping body may readily be adapted for use with 2-ft. 4-in, drop sides and a capacity of 8.4 cu. yd. It may also be converted into a platform body by removing the sides and tailboard. A tie chain, to prevent bulging, is provided for use with the 4-ft. high sides.

Suitable for mounting on either a rigid chassis or an articulated vehicle, the body is 14 ft. long and '7 ft. wide inside. It is stated to have equal strength and to be approximately a third of the weight of a comparable steel body, thus allowing about 11 tons more payload.

The principal advantage claimed for the body is that it would enable a haulier to carry out a wide variety of work with one vehicle. A ,patent has been applied for.
