Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Up to 60 driver jobs are set to go at Stobart Group in Stoke-on-Trent by the end of the year. The confirmation from the haulage company that more tramper jobs are to be axed comes just weeks after it admitted that its Leeds depot would be closing with the loss of at least 100 driver jobs, as well as more than a hundred tramper redundancies at its Goole and Barlborough depots. It says “new systems and planning technology have allowed us to identify areas to cut costs within the business while still maintaining high levels of service to customers.” A spokesman says the Stoke-on-Trent site will not close and that there will still be day and night driving jobs there.
