Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LOW FELL Coaches' cross-Tyne coach service has now been accepted as part of the Tyne and Wear transport network.

Conditions for the agreement between the Passenger Transport Executive and the operator and agreed by the County Council are that Low Fell Coaches will not develop its weekday service other than to operate a 30 minute frequency on Saturdays and introduce two additional stops.

The service may not be modified in any other way without agreement with the PTE and in return it will become an accepted part of the network. Low Fell will now be able to carry concessionary travel permit holders free of charge. Tyne and Wear County Council will finance this arrangement.
