In a speech reported by CM (November 24), RHA's national vice-chairman talked about attacks on road transport by "environmentalists". He defended road transport, quite rightly, by talking about the contrib.ution made by road transport to the quality of life. What a pity the same issue carried a picture of a National Carriers Homeward van parked on a double yellow line directly opposite a bus stop. When will the trade learn that they are their own worst enemies?
