• One of the first fruits from the formation of the Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive is the publication of a joint timetable covering rail. bus and ferry services. The 415-page timetable, the first to be published for four years, will be up-dated every six months. Price of the timetable is 15p and 11,000 have been printed.
