Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AS an extension of the Essex Coast express service and by making use of their licences a new service is planned to provide a Harwich-London and London-Harwich link for passengers travelling on the HarwichBremerhaven service operated by Prinz Ferries, announces George Ewer and Co. Ltd.

The new ship-coach service is due to start on January 2, 1968, at a fare which, it is claimed, will provide by far the cheapest through fare from Germany to London. The ship will dock every second day when journeys in each direction will be required.

The company adds that after two months' operation the Essex Coast express service has confirmed that many of the benefits hoped for in the planning stage are proving to be justified. Jointly operated by George Ewer, Eastern National and Suttons, it is not only providing a more frequent service, but by going into Victoria Coach Station at weekends gives a far more convenient connection for passengers from East Anglia who wish to travel to other parts of the British Isles.
