Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE INTEGRATION OF Lloyd's Transport road haulage services with those of P. and M. Kaye Ltd., of London and Warrington, was announced on Monday. The new service will operate under the name of Translloyd.

The road fleet now consists of 150 trucks, 250 trailers and 50 TIR trailers whilst warehouse accommodation amounts to 200,000 sq. ft. in London, similar amounts in Manchester and Warrington and 60,000 sq. ft. in Liverpool. Mr. Louis J. Manson deputy chairman of the holding company, Cope Allman International Ltd., said the new integrated service would make the two companies better able to take advantage of the changing shape of the transport industry, particularly the Freightliner services and container services.

New Belgian link NEW FERRY service with facilities for carrying certain types of goods vehicle will be introduced by Belgian State Marine between Harwich and Ostend on May 29 next year. Two ships will be able to carry vehicles not exceeding 19 tons g.v.w., and 11ft 4in. in height, at 17s 9d a foot empty, and £1 2s loaded. A new vessel, to come into service during July, will carry larger vehicles, up to 13ft lin. high, and 35 tons 8 cwt g.w.w. at the same rates.
