F WESTERN AND WEST MIDLANDS TRAFFIC AREAS TAS TRANSPORT CAN base four vehicles at Speedway Farm on the Colnbrook bypass in Slough, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • vehicles authorised under this licence shall not be left unattended on the A4 Colnebrook bypass at any time; • the vehicles will enter and leave the operating centre in forward gear only; • TAS Transport will instruct the Freight Transport Association or the Road Haulage Association to undertake a full maintenance audit of both its 0-licences by no later than 17 January 2014. Copies of the audit report must be sent to the central licensing office in Leeds together with written proposals of how any recommendations that are made will be implemented, within one month of the date of the report. TAS Transport is warned that the evidence contained in any unsatisfactory audit can be used against it and as a reason for a vehicle examiner to be sent to undertake a formal fleet inspection;
• the operator will keep vehicles and trailers in the part of Speedway Farm marked as a parking area on the plan agreed by the traffic commissioner and not on any other part of Speedway Farm.
