• MG Transport, based in Walsall, will make a new application at a public inquiry on 23 August.
• Solihull-based Slumberdream Beds will submit a new application at an inquiry on 23 August.
• Disciplinary action against AB Haulage based in StokeOn-Trent will be looked at during a PI on 28 August.
• The TO will consider disciplinary action against Pak Mecca Meats, which is based in Birmingham, during a hearing on 29 August. Bristol
• Nicola Boyes, trading as Wincanton-based Boyes Transport, will submit a new application at a PI on 20 August.
