Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Yorkshire's first service to be operated completely by specially designed one-man double-deckers was introduced by Leeds City Transport last month. It is route 49, which runs between Hyde Park and Old Fernley, and is being operated by six Daimler Fleetlines with 33ft 78-seat front entrance and central exit bodies built by Charles H. Roe Ltd. The buses feature fully-automatic transmission and power-assisted steering.

A feature of the new service is the introduction of a multi-journey ticket system which offers savings of three to four shillings in the pound laccording to length of journey) by comparison with normal fares. The 10-journey tickets are inserted by the passenger in a Bell Punch automatic ticket cancellor to the right of the entrance.

Leeds City Transport intends to steadily expand o-m-o double-deck operation on other routes in the city.
