Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE new HL series of Hydraloader made by W. E. Bray and Co., Ltd., Felthatn, Middx., is powered by the latest Fordson Major tractor engine, which is available for operation on oil, petrol or paraffin fuels.

A feature of the Hydraloader is the hydraulic " crowd " action of the bucket, which enables the operative to tilt the bucket back so as to ensure a minimum spillage of material.

Folded plate sections are liberally employed in the construction of the main frame, main boom and crowd boom, which are fabricated by welding. For example, the front axle beam is an all-welded box section; it is capable of full oscillation so that maximum stability is retained under the most adverse conditions.

The three models of the Hydraloader are known as the 21 HL, 27 HL and 33 HL, with respective bucket capacities of f, 1 and cubic yds. Amongst the auxiliary attachments are a snow plough, bulldozer blade, crane, fork lift, and skeleton rock bucket.

Road speeds at 1,600 r.p.m. of ffie engine are from 1.67 m.p.h. in first gear to 10.06 m.p.h. in sixth or top gear.
