I ORD TEYNHAM, D.S.O., D.S.C, Lahas been appointed president of the Industrial Transport Association. Vicepresidents are Messrs. A: L. Bagley, N. G. Brookes, A. R. Poison, T. V. Redston, W. S. Standley, R. McK. Walker and F. H. Wells.
Mr. C. E. Jordon has been elected chairman, with Messrs. E. Watts and N. G. Brookes as vice-chairmen. Mr. A. A. Hart is honorary treasurer, and Mr. W. G. Widnall honorary secretary to the council.
Mr. Jordon is transport manager of Accles and Pollock, Ltd., and occupies a similar position with the associated companies. He recently became traffic controller to the Tube Investments group of companies, and a director of Aston Manor Transport, Ltd.
