Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Draper Distribution has been given permission to run 15 vehicles and the same number of trailers at a new operating centre on the Linkway Distribution Park in St Helens. Merseyside.

Last month Draper moved to the new facility from its old base at the Deacon Trading Estate in Newton-Le-Willows, Merseyside, — a centre now removed from its licence.

Neil Draper, operations director. tells CM: "It is about better access as the new site is near the M62 and we do a lot of work at Liverpool docks "We were getting a bit big for the old facility and the Newton-Le-Willows site was also half-an-hour or so from the motorway."

Neil and his brother Peter, the firm's MD, started the business two years ago when they left freight forwarder Henry Diaper Co. which is now its main customer.

Earlier this year the company, which carries out general haulage and container work, picked up a new contract with newspaper and magazine distributor Smiths News.

Draper Distribution's fleet is currently nine trucks and nine trailers.

Neil Draper adds:"There is room to expand at the new centre and we will look to add to our fleet."
