Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SINCE the British Association of Removers set up BAR (Services) Ltd — a scheme to help its members to buy packing materials in bulk — last February, over 60 companies have joined in the scheme.

Members are asked to contribute £10 — at present on a loan basis — to participate in the scheme which follows similar organisations already operating in France and Germany.

The possibility of extending the scheme to other purchases is currently being considered.

There is a possibility that vehicle chassis-cabs will be obtained through the organisation with significant discounts, perhaps as much as 16 per cent.

The scheme is operated through a purchasing agent based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, and the materials in which it deals are stored there.

Later it is proposed to store them at warehouses in the North West and Scotland.
