THE latest edition of the Trader Handbook, the popular "buyers' guide" for the vehicle industry, has just been published by Iliffe Books Ltd. The edition has been completely revised, including about 400 changes of address or telephone number, and almost 300 firms not previously listed have been added to the directory sections.
As well as providing a useful classified guide to components, accessories and transport service equipment manufactured in the UK, there are sections on spares, repairs and specialist services, lists of wholesalers and a legal guide. Part of the handbook is given up to specifications of cars, goods vehicles and p.s.v. and battery electric vehicles.
