Sat between the TGL and TGA in the new MAN line-up, the midweight TGM tends to get squeezed out when it comes to coverage in the press. Indeed, apart from our driving impressions a couple of weeks ago, reviews of this model have been few and far. But, as we discovered, the TGM is a seriously underrated vehicle particularly as an 18-tonner, where it combines decent payload with a wellappointed cab and driving set-up.
VERDICT
Although it has its strengths, it will be a major surprise if this mid-range MAN makes it two in a row for the German manufacturer.
