Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A 45-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the hijack and kidnapping of a Suffolk truck driver last month.

The driver had alleged he was blocked on the Brandon to Mildenhall road by a Transit van and assaulted by two men in their twenties who then forced him to drive to a workshop. The vehicle's £7,000 load of cigarettes was stolen during the incident and the driver was assaulted again before being robbed of his possessions.

Suffolk police have arrested a Brandon man in connection with the crime and released him on bail pending further investigations. An appeal for information relating to the attack was made on local and the national TV, but police received no response.
