Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I F Great Britain does eventually enter the Common Market, I foresee one real danger of the scheme.

What is the reason, ask yourself, for the stamina and wakefulness of our fine drivers? The answer must be obvious to every patriotic haulier.

Of course, you have it; those frequent cups of life-giving tea which are consumed at least 15 times in the average driving day.

Now comes the pitfall. Where will our driver buy his cuppa when he is guiding his articulated charge across the Cruel Continent? Answer: he won't.

Unfortunately, the Continentals have not yet attained our high degree of civilized living and tea is _not widely offered.

Can we imagine our driver sipping an expensive thimbleful of syrup-like black coffee? Of course not, he most turn for refreshment to the red monster, wine (the lubricant of the Continent).

Now, if he drinks as much wine then as he does tea here, I estimate that h( will be paralytic by high noon.

Will we be forced to endure this pitifu sight?
