Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE DVLA SAYS it will launch a consultation by the end of the year into whether people with diabetes should be allowed to drive HG Vs.

Following the DVLA's announcement earlier this year that it did not have to change the law, a public consultation is welcomed by would-be drivers afflicted with the disorder.

Would-be driver Archie Meechan Says: -this should never have happened in the first place, it should have been done years ago."

A DVLA spokesman says the consultation will be issued "at the latest by the end of the year". HE HAULAGE INDUSTRY has a new hero to cheer on. Well, sort of.

Fans of hit BBC show The Apprentice in which a group of grasping. management-cliche spouting would-be entrepreneurs balls-up a series of simple tasks in a bid to win a job in an airless room in the outskirts of London flogging electronics for Amstrad, sorry, a £100,000-a-year job working as Lord Sugar's heir apparent will have noticed a young man by the name of Alex Epstein.

Well, he's got a link, albeit a tenuous one, with the transport industry thanks to previously being employed as a PR executive by tracking and telcmatics firm Masternaut Three X.

However, on his showing in the first week, we can't see Epstein lasting much longer, unless the next task is specifically designed to test the candidates' ability to stand around looking vacant.
